
This one caught my eye: it has a beautiful watercolour style and a Norman Rockwell vibe that sets it apart from many a stamp in terms of its artistry. That said, I thought it’d be a tough cookie to track down, what with the lack of captions, credits etc.
Fortunately for me, this is a bit of a favourite of one particular stamp connossieur so I was able at least to glean a year and a title. If you’d like to know more about the variations in the two main printings of this stamp, please do follow the first link below.
